About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised person to support the day-to-day running of our online operations. This is a varied role spanning content production, customer service, logistics, and quality control – ideal for someone who enjoys switching between creative and operational tasks.
Content Production
· Support our team with filming and editing of content for organic social and advertising.
· Helping to set up and stage our studio for content production.
· Maintain an organised library of assets, ensuring all files are backed up and stored correctly.
Customer Service
· Support the customer service team, responding to customer enquiries across relevant channels in a timely and professional manner.
· Escalate issues where appropriate and follow up to ensure resolution.
Operations & Logistics
· Manage and tidy the SharePoint file structure, keeping folders and documents up to date and accessible.
· Support the shipping team, helping to generate accurate shipping labels and support order fulfilment workflows.
Quality Control
· Support QC checks on products or content prior to dispatch or publishing.
· Flag any issues and liaise with the relevant team to resolve them.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience with, or a strong desire to learn, video filming and editing.
· Familiarity with Final Cut Pro is desirable but not essential.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and Excel.
· Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
· A customer-first approach, with clear and professional written communication.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Genuine interest in coffee and the specialty coffee industry.
· Comfortable working from home 2-3 days a week.
· Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
· A good attitude to learning new skills
· Physically able to handle boxes and support shipping duties as required.
· A collaborative team player who is equally confident working independently.
· Reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
· Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including Maths and English (or equivalent).
