Purpose of the Role:
The role will support the F1 Business Operations Director with a focus on administration, systems and communications.
Key outcomes will be compiling all information to allow for fully informed decisions on F1 Driver Schedules. Once formulated and approved by the F1 Business Operations Director, the Motorsport Scheduler will ensure all schedules and supporting information is communicated to all stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner.
The Motorsport Scheduler will also help support the aim to pool all driver talent within the business, with particular focus on Driver Development Programme (DDP) drivers and their deployment within other departments (Commercial/Electric Racing/Indycar/Automotive). With close attention paid to coordinating DDP driver calendars to ensure that support and resource can be delivered by the F1 Business Operations Manager, Head of Testing and wider DDP team where needed.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Collating all outstanding information via Smartsheet, notifying partnerships/commercial where needed for critical information (location, duration, briefs etc).

Populating the Driver Portal with content once signed off by the F1 Business Operations Director.

As above, Populate Driver calendars and ensure all platforms are aligned.

Schedule planning meetings with Partnerships/Commercial etc.

Ensure Annual calendar is always up to date and reflects driver calendars.

Cross reference driver travel with driver schedule (to ensure objectives are achievable around flights etc).
- Work with internal communications team to ensure debriefs are part of drivers annual schedules.

Liaise with F1 driver travel coordinator to create more informed schedules (leave and arrival times from circuit, sense check on away from track appearances in international markets).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience working in a complex environment role where you are managing multiple tasks or resources and are data driven with an analytical approach.

Proven experience interacting with a diverse mix of stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and highly organised.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and working under pressure.

Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.

An understanding of the Formula One environment.

Accurate creation and maintenance of itineraries for multiple events.

Must be competent in the use of Microsoft packages.
