6 Month Fixed Term Contract – immediate start
As our new Receptionist, you will warmly greet clients on arrival, putting them at ease, representing the Company with professionalism and courtesy. You will be integral in ensuring our client journey from start to finish, is exceptional.

- Warmly greeting clients upon their arrival, consistently displaying courtesy & discretion
- Scheduling and confirming appointments via the salon CRM system, phone & e mail queries and salon WhatsApp, maintaining client records
- Accurate payment processing
- Informing clients about all in house and web-based services, products and offers
- Assisting the office team with their workload, adopting a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
- Receptionist experience is desirable, Customer Service experience is essential
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience within a hair or beauty salon desirable but not essential
- Delivers an outstanding first impression every time
- A positive and professional team player in every sense

- High standard of personal presentation

- Starting salary £19,827.60
· Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 am to 5 pm; ad hoc Saturdays where a day off in the week would apply. 30 hours over 4 days per week.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
