Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks at multiple client sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve optimal results
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and schedules to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address any special cleaning requests or issues
- Restock supplies as needed and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages promptly
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently cover multiple locations in a daily schedule
- Reliable transportation to travel between different client sites as required
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is a plus
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
