About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development & Tender Co-ordinator to join our Commercial team and play a key role in supporting the growth of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, communication and working to deadlines, and wants to develop their career in business development and tender management.
You’ll be involved in the end to end tender process, from identifying opportunities through to submission, while also supporting wider business development activities. Working closely with Directors, senior managers and operational teams, you’ll help ensure all submissions are high quality, compliant and delivered on time.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating the tender process from opportunity identification through to submission
- Managing tender portals and tracking opportunities across the business
- Preparing and submitting EOIs, PQQs, RFQs and ITTs using client systems
- Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM system
- Liaising with internal teams to gather information and develop high-quality submissions
- Supporting the creation of both standardised and bespoke tender responses
- Ensuring all submissions are correctly formatted and meet client and company requirements
- Communicating with clients to manage administrative queries during the tender process
- Tracking business development opportunities and supporting action plans
- Monitoring and reporting on tender outcomes, including success and failure trends
- Supporting the development and delivery of the business development plan
- Following up submissions and providing feedback to key stakeholders

- Is confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- Has strong written skills and can produce clear, professional documents
- Enjoys working collaboratively with different teams
- Has a proactive attitude and takes ownership of their work
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office packages
