Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Orthodontic Practice Manager to lead and oversee a dynamic mixed dental practice that includes orthodontic services. Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the orthodontic and general dental practice, ensuring seamless coordination between departments
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment
- Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, collections, and expense control to ensure profitability
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and retention
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract new patients while maintaining excellent service standards for existing clients
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting, ideally within orthodontics or mixed practices
- Strong management background with demonstrated success in leading teams and optimizing operational workflows
- Solid financial management skills including budgeting, revenue cycle management, and cost control strategies
- Knowledge of human resources practices such as recruitment, staff development, and conflict resolution
- Previous experience working in or managing veterinary or dental practices is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage with patients effectively
