Team Leader Role
- Run successful duty manager shifts as required
- Lead and coach the team to deliver a successful service
- Support the team with developing their skill sets
- Provide a genuine warm welcome and deliver world class service to our guests
- Supporting sales targets by upselling wherever possible and briefing the rest of the team
- When dealing with guest complaints you will remain calm and rational and do
- everything you can do to come to a resolution, ensuring the guest leaves happy.
- Deliver all elements of restaurant service to brand standard.
- Understand and follow correct health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Using and understanding all restaurant systems
- Carry out open and closedown procedures as per your shift to the company standard.
- Engage with every type of guest, offering help and going the extra mile.

Line Chef Role
Responsibility for safely preparing, cooking and presenting our food to our brand specifications and company hygiene standards. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager or Head Chef including the management of food safety and health and safety.
Duties
- Setting up the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation is completed prior to service.
- Champion and meet all relevant standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
- Be an expert in the menu, prep, cook and serve food correctly every time and to specification.
- Operate, clean and use all equipment safely.
- Complete all assigned opening and closedown tasks correctly, ensuring that theseare documented in the KRQKB and signed off as complete
- Manage and store food deliveries to standard, ensuring and issues are reported as per process.
- Support new team in the completion of their training.

Salary dependant on experience
Pay: £14.01-£14.51 per hour
