We work with international manufacturers, healthcare professionals and specialist distributors to develop markets, commercialise technologies and support clinical education.
The Role
- Own and develop assigned cardiovascular and interventional products, accounts and territories from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians, hospitals, distributors and international manufacturing partners.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities, maintain an active pipeline and deliver against agreed sales and growth targets.
- Build strong clinical, technical and commercial product knowledge and communicate product value confidently.
- Work directly with Mediva management and international partners on market development, product launches, evaluations, meetings, demonstrations and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and distributor accounts with clear account plans, accurate CRM records, reliable follow-up and defined next actions.
- Develop new business across the UK, GCC and Middle East by mapping target accounts, territories and key decision makers.
- Own pipeline and forecasting, prioritise opportunities and progress sales from first contact through proposal, negotiation and close.
- Prepare and support quotations, proposals, commercial negotiations, distributor discussions, product evaluations and launch planning.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, respond to clinical and commercial enquiries, and monitor competitors, new technologies and market trends.
Requirements
- Around 2–5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology or related clinical/commercial sales.
- Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical or Medical Engineering, Business, Healthcare or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Proven strength in account management, new business development, relationship building and taking ownership of opportunities through to close.
- Ability to learn and clearly communicate technical and clinical product information and translate it into commercial value.
- Fluent professional English is required; Arabic language capability is highly desirable. Strong organisation and presentation skills, Microsoft Office/CRM proficiency and willingness to travel are also required.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with distributors in the GCC or Middle East and exposure to international manufacturing partners.
- Experience in business development, medical device commercialisation, market entry or international market development.
- Experience with product evaluations, launches, market or competitor analysis, medical congresses, conferences or exhibitions.

- Pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning and disciplined follow-up. Commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to prioritise and progress opportunities.
