As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant), you’ll play an important part in helping older adults enjoy their later years, whether that's through offering emotional reassurance, supporting with personal care or medication, or encouraging people to stay active, independent, and well. Every day is about helping someone live the life they choose.
As a Lead Support Worker, you'll help deliver high-quality care and support that promotes residents' independence, choice and wellbeing. Working closely with supervisors, healthcare professionals and the wider team, you'll contribute to a safe, positive environment where residents can thrive. You'll also support community partnerships and activities that enhance residents' quality of life and create meaningful opportunities for engagement.
