Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Laser Therapist to join our skincare & wellness clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced laser treatments to clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform laser therapy treatments for hair removal only. This may expand to skin treatments at a later stage, full training given
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and explain treatment procedures clearly.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols, including sterilisation and equipment maintenance.
- Provide personalised advice on skincare routines and post-treatment care to optimise results.
- Keep detailed records of treatments administered and monitor client progress over time.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment that promotes client comfort and confidence.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in laser technology and skincare treatments through ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Laser Therapist minimum Level 4
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for clear client interactions.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or beauty setting will be highly regarded.
- Certification or training in laser therapy techniques is required to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Based in the centre of historic Chester, our beautiful new boutique wellness clinic, where every detail has been carefully curated to create a calm, indulgent experience for our clients. This is a practice that takes pride in every detail — and we are looking for a therapist who does too."
- What you will be doing day to day:
- Delivering high-quality laser hair removal treatments to our exacting standards
- Building genuine rapport and trust with clients, creating an exceptional 5-star experience every visit
- Promoting treatments, retail products, and supporting client retention
- Keeping treatment rooms immaculate, safe, and fully prepared
- Maintaining accurate client documentation and following clinic protocols
- Being a positive, flexible presence
