Must be available during the following times:
Fridays: 6pm-10pm
Saturdays: 10am until 8pm
Additional hours available for anyone who wants to learn the bar.
Duties:
· Working on the floor taking orders for food and serving food
· Checking back on customers and cleaning and clearing tables efficiently
· Ability to up sell on Food & Drinks
· Able to give excellent customer service & build good customer rapport through
service:
· Using Epos tills
· Maintaining the high standards of cleanliness by keeping the all areas of the venue clean and tidy at all times
· Rotating stock and keeping the bar stocked up at all times
·Other duties delegated by the shift Supervisor / Manager
Must be available weekends!
