Charlie + Co currently has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced part-time Weekend Barista/All Rounder to join to support our busy weekends!
Please note due to the nature of this role; we are only considering applicants who have weekend availability.

What we would like from you:
Our ideal team member would be someone who ticks all the below boxes:
- A dog lover (an essential); we aren’t a dog tolerable coffee shop, we are a dog loving coffee shop, dogs are as much of a customer as their humans so someone who loves to pay attention to our furry customers is essential!
- Previous experience in a barista/coffee shop assistant role.
- Passionate about giving customers the perfect experience; we’re interested in the details whether it’s serving an exceptional coffee, to remembering their dogs name on their next visit, or offering their dog a bowl of water or a treat, we want you to have already thought of it and done it!
- Knowledge and experience in creating a range of hot and cold beverages to an exceptional standard.
- Good communication skills and an ability to engage with customers and promote other items.
