Position Overview:
As a Screening Administrator you will work alongside our screening team who process background checks for candidates on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for your own allocated number of checks to complete within your working day and will be expected to support other team members to ensure all checks are completed. You will report to our screening managers. This role will require the careful handling of private and confidential information which must be respected with a high level of attention to detail to ensure all checks are completed to meet compliance standards. You will be required to communicate clearly with clients and candidates to support them through the process of screening, which means a high level of customer service is essential for this role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing of a number of background checks using relevant systems
- Reviewing and inputting data into our screening portal
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Answer incoming queries via phones, live chat and email in a timely manner to maintain a high level of customer service
- Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure screening is completed effectively and efficiently
- Comply with strict data privacy policies to ensure all information is handled carefully
Further responsibilities will be offered after the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.
