Our Private Client team specialises in Wills, Executries, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, and Guardianship matters, working closely with individuals and families to provide clear, practical advice and long-term support.
The Role
We are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (or soon to qualify) to join our Private Client department based in our Paisley office.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and experienced team while gaining exposure to a broad range of Private Client work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters
- Draft Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Administer estates (executries)
- Assist with Guardianship applications
- Support senior solicitors on complex cases
- Maintain high standards of client care and communication
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and file management requirements
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (or due to qualify imminently)
- Experience of Private Client work during traineeship/current role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated and keen to develop a career in Private Client work

Pay: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
