Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when appropriate to enhance customer experience
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide receipts with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout your shift
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Knowledge of catering, serving, and food safety standards to ensure quality service and compliance
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food preparation skills and understanding of hygiene practices are desirable
