Duties
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications using languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, C, VBA, and others
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive front-end interfaces and scalable back-end systems for web and mobile platforms
- Integrate third-party APIs and build RESTful services to enhance application functionality
- Manage version control using tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git to ensure code integrity and streamline collaboration
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability within cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
- Write efficient SQL queries for database management with MySQL or SQL Server; maintain data integrity across systems
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements in software development processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, or similar languages
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on experience working with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), RESTful services, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub, Git, or SVN for collaborative coding projects
- Knowledge of database management using MySQL or SQL Server; ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
- Experience working on application development projects within Linux or Windows environments
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and continuously expand technical skill set
