The Role
As a core member of our design team, you will lead projects across various sectors. While you'll be involved in all RIBA stages, we are specifically looking for someone who can take the lead on Stage 4 (Technical Design), ensuring our creative visions are translated into robust, accurate technical packages.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice.
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record in RIBA Stage 4, including detailed drawing packages, specifications, and coordination with consultants.
- Design Flair: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and spatial awareness.
- The "Small Team" Mindset: You are proactive, organized, and happy to wear many hats.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Revit: Experience with Revit is a distinct advantage, though not a strict requirement.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
