Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Children's Residential Support Workers, Seniors and Team Leads to join our team in providing care and support to children in need. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable children and excellent nurturing skills.
Responsibilities:- Support children in their daily activities and routines, communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues, Transport children to appointments or activities as required. Assist in delivering care plans, providing childcare to ensure safety and well-being of the children
Experience:- Previous experience working with children is essential , strong communication skills both verbal and written, Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes. Candidates are preferably required to have NVQ L3 in Children and Young People Workforce.
