As Technical Sales Team Leader, you will lead, motivate and develop our Technical Sales team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service, technical support and commercial guidance across a wide range of customer enquiries and project opportunities.
You will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on technical sales expertise, supporting the team with quotations, project opportunities, product selection and commercial decision-making. Working closely with customers, contractors, consultants, merchants and internal departments, you will help drive quotation performance, improve conversion rates and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
