About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our team as Community Care Assistants, delivering a variety of domiciliary support services to our clients in the community. Whether you’re new to care or already experienced, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will be doing
- Assisting with personal washing, dressing, toileting, food preparation and feeding.
- Assisting with mobility, encouraging safety and appropriate use of aids.
- Acting as a companion within the home to allow relative periods of respite.
- Providing practical support in the home, to include washing, ironing, cleaning, and shopping.
What we need from you
- You will need to hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Be passionate about promoting the mental, spiritual & physical wellbeing of the individuals we support
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be able to demonstrate a passion for providing high quality care which both enables individuals to live independently at home and to access their local community
- Have good organisational skills and team working skills
- Effective time management skills
- Have an ability to work independently following verbal or written instructions
- Be committed to progressing a career in Adult Social Care.
- Be able to obtain Business Insurance.
