Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Perform beauty treatments including manicures pedicures, nails waxing
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional recommendations
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a welcoming atmospher
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas in compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as a hairstylist or beautician with a strong portfolio
- Skilled in store management tasks including appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of customer service best practices to ensure positive client interactions and retention
- Experience performing beauty treatments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike
