Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet guests warmly, taking orders efficiently while providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and handle payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and intervene responsibly when necessary.
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Engage with guests to create a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or bar work is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Good organisational skills to maintain a tidy work environment.

- A valid personal identification document (e.g., passport or driving licence) for employment verification purposes.
