What You'll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally while achieving positive outcomes.
- Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex enquiries when appropriate.
- Meet customer service quality standards and performance objectives.
- Assist with administrative tasks that support customer service operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, retail, hospitality, administration, contact centre, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using standard office software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.

Pay: £2,250.00-£2,900.00 per month
