Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces in a modern apartment building, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly to uphold cleanliness standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly
- Follow safety guidelines during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
