Join our South East and Kent London Housing Teams
We are looking for a Business Support Officers to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting residents within our South East and Kent Housing team.
In this role, you will respond to telephone and email enquiries from L&Q residents, handling a range of queries relating to repairs, cleaning, and grounds maintenance additionally working closely with colleagues across L&Q to obtain updates and provide timely, accurate responses to residents.
This is an agile working role, with colleagues typically working from home four days per week and attending one of our London offices one day per week.

Your impact in the role:
- Respond to customer, internal and external stakeholder and colleague enquiries in a professional, timely and customer-focused manner.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to operational teams, maintain internal records to support with accurate data and reporting ·
- Coordinate activities, meetings, actions and communications to support effective service delivery.
- Organise and maintain documentation, correspondence and records in accordance with business requirements.
- Support organisational priorities and change initiatives as required.
- Adhere to all organisational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Ensuring safeguarding concerns are recognised and reported in line with policy and procedure.

What you'll bring:
- Previous experience providing administrative duties to a busy team.
- Strong attention to detail with quality checking data
- Experience of being able to create and maintenance of databases containing complex data
- Fluent in use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ECU Allowance is paid in accordance with requirements of the relevant policy as updated from time to time.
