WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take ownership of your shift's warehouse activities, supporting operational leaders by overseeing performance, tracking progress and ensuring daily objectives are achieved

Lead, coach and develop your team by setting clear priorities, providing regular feedback and driving high standards across the operation

Promote and embed a Safety First mindset, ensuring all processes are followed correctly and colleagues can work in a safe and secure environment

Monitor shift performance, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance productivity, accuracy and service levels

Contribute to ongoing operational improvement projects, helping to streamline processes and deliver greater efficiency across the site
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have experience supervising or managing teams within a warehouse, logistics or other fast-moving operational environment

Thrive in a fast-paced setting and are confident managing workloads where accuracy, speed and customer expectations are critical

Have strong problem-solving skills, take initiative and can make effective decisions in a busy operational environment

Are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management Systems to support day-to-day operations and reporting
