Pearsons Southampton are actively looking to recruit a Residential Sales Coordinator for our busy office based in London Road, Southampton.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, confident and outgoing personality and although experience is preferable a positive attitude, desire to work hard and develop a career within the property sector is essential.
The role will involve establishing and developing relationships with new clients and customers, creating new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with existing customers and clients. An empathetic and customer focused approach is essential.
The role requires a flexible and adaptable approach in all aspects and the ability to work well under pressure. Telephone and face to face customer based experience is essential.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, plus one Saturday in three, 9am to 4pm. Some Bank holiday working will be required for which full days off lieu will be provided.
