Clock Barn wedding venue is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and hands-on Housekeeping and Accommodation Supervisor to support with the running of the Venue, it’s 22-bedrooms, as well as its Honeymoon Suite and Bridal Preparation Room.
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, this is a new role which will include leading a team of cleaners to ensure the venue and bedrooms are maintained to an excellent standard. Therefore, experience in a premium hotel or housekeeping setting at a supervisory level, is essential.
The successful candidate will need to be able to ensure 5* cleaning standards are maintained by the in-house cleaning team, give direction and ensure a quick and efficient turnaround.

Responsibilities will include;
- Leading a team of cleaners to ensure the venue and all rooms are cleaned to an exceptional standard
- Cleaning and arranging rooms, to the wedding day requirements, including the correct linen and bed arrangement set up
- Hoovering, mopping and treating floors to maintain their durability
- Dusting furniture or fixtures and polishing them
- Scrubbing and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinks
- Ensuring correct stock control and processing of linen
- Completing any paperwork in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring stock and equipment is used correctly
- Supporting with check-in, where required
This role is a zero-hour position with shift availability to include weekends. Shift patterns on offer are typically 7am-2pm, or 10am-2pm. Please note, due to the nature of our business, the expected finish time may vary.
The successful candidate would be working as part of a friendly yet small team so full flexibility with working hours, especially during our peak season is required.
