The Role
As a Line Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you'll help ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience whilst maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking menu items to specification
- Maintaining consistency during busy service periods
- Assisting with food preparation and mise en place
- Supporting stock rotation and waste control
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Following all food safety and allergen procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house teams
What We're Looking For
Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
You will be:
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- A strong team player
- Committed to maintaining high standards
- Eager to learn and develop your skills
Experience within fresh food kitchens is advantageous but not essential.
