We are looking for a temp administrator to join a busy purchasing team for a large company based in Dunmow. This role is ongoing until around October, but will be reviewed with a potential chance of going permanent.
Your duties would involve:
- Ordering glass
- Raising coloured parts works orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Allocating stock
- Booking in works orders and purchase orders
- Monitor purchasing inbox
- CS & accounts queries
- Intact
- Ordering office supplies (stationary / staff refreshments)
This role is full time Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00.
