We are looking for 3 friendly, confident and reliable Cargo Bike Food Delivery Riders to join our team in London E2 9BY.
This is a great opportunity for energetic people who enjoy cycling, working outdoors and delivering excellent customer service. You will ride one of our cargo bikes to deliver food orders safely, quickly and professionally across the local London E2 area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ride a company cargo bike to deliver food orders in London E2 and nearby areas
- Collect food orders from our location and deliver them to customers
- Provide polite, friendly and professional customer service
- Keep the cargo bike clean, safe and ready for use
- Follow road safety rules and delivery instructions
- Handle food orders carefully and on time
- Represent our brand in a positive and professional way
Requirements:
- Confident riding a bicycle or cargo bike in London
- Good knowledge of local roads around E2, Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Hackney or nearby areas
- Friendly, presentable and professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Able to use a smartphone for delivery instructions
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous food delivery, courier, cargo bike or e-bike delivery experience is helpful but not required
