About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Manchester. This is a high impact leadership position offering full autonomy, strong organisational backing.
You will oversee a the service, ensuring high quality, trauma informed care and driving standards toward Good and Outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Build, mentor, and develop a high performing staff team
- Create a safe, nurturing, child centred environment
- Drive quality, compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and service development
- Ensure strong outcomes and positive experiences for children
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Registered Manager, or
- Exceptional Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and Ofsted frameworks
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- A resilient, child centred, values driven approach
- Confidence in decision making, safeguarding, and operational management
Leadership presence and ambition matter as much as experience.
