Gapp Developments Ltd are looking for a reliable, skilled painter and decorator to work along side our existing team to complete ongoing works and new upcoming projects. Monday to Friday 07.30 - 16.30. With some evenings and weekends. Generous childcare and accommodation packages available. Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing them
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint splatter
- Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, or other fillers
- Use ladders or scaffolding to reach high areas for painting
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear while working
Skills:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with different types of paint and finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Good communication skills to understand project requirements and collaborate with team members
