Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling, and execution of solar PV installation and ASHP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for installation phases.
- Monitor progress through regular site inspections and reporting, addressing any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments and progress reports.
- Implement effective time management strategies across teams to optimise productivity and minimise delays.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing residential solar PV installation projects or similar renewable energy initiatives is essential.
- Experience in using design software Opensolar is an advantage.
- Experience in managing a minimum of multiple installations per week or more as the business grows.
- Excellent time management skills to coordinate multiple project phases simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams on-site.
- Relevant technical knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and construction processes is essential.
Pay: Up to £38,000.00 per year
