Following significant investment, a major restaurant transformation and ambitious plans for future growth, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships to lead the commercial performance of the entire estate.

This is a senior, hands-on commercial leadership position with full responsibility for generating demand, increasing revenue, building strategic partnerships and improving market positioning across every part of Murrayshall Country Estate.
The successful candidate will be visible in the market, proactive in developing opportunities and relentless in turning activity into measurable commercial results. You will bring strong commercial ideas, established industry relationships and the confidence to open doors, create opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
You will also lead, manage and inspire the sales and marketing team, ensuring every person understands their targets, priorities and contribution to the wider commercial success of the estate.

You Will Bring:
- Significant senior commercial, sales and marketing leadership experience within the UK hospitality industry, in particular, hotels, golf, tourism, luxury travel or destination resorts.
- A proven track record of delivering profitable revenue growth across multiple revenue streams.
- A recent established network within corporate, leisure, golf, events or travel sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing and profitability.
- Experience leading and developing high performing commercial teams.
- Demonstrable success in winning new business, building strategic partnerships and growing market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A data-driven approach, using insight and performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Energy, resilience and the drive to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
It would be great if you also have:
- Knowledge of the Scottish hospitality and tourism market.
- Experience leading a commercial transformation, repositioning or business growth programme.
Bonus: Performance-related bonus linked to agreed commercial KPIs, including revenue growth, new business secured, conversion performance, direct booking growth and return on marketing investment.
Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
