We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented IFS Support Analysts based in Sri Lanka to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential 1st and 2nd line support for IFS applications. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth operations, enhance system performance, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting and resolve issues related to IFS application (multiple versions).
- Assist with documentation and processes.
- Collaborate with members of the IFS support team.
- Attend subject matter training.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in handling customer issues
- 1+ years IFS experience would be beneficial
- Ability to work within a team environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting

Pay: £9,000.00-£13,000.00 per year
