As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day works on a site/sites. You should ensure that all work is carried out and completed to the highest health, safety and quality standards as well as being delivered within the agreed time scales.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervision of site operatives
- Ensure the work is carried within Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, and client and company guidelines
- Work to contract scope recognising scope change and highlighting variations
- Manage work to RAMS
- Work to programme
- Produce short-term programmes for specific tasks / assignments
- Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
- Communicate delays to client
- Ordering and receiving of equipment and materials
- Communicate changes/updates with members of the client team
- Address RFI’s with client
- Complete Daily Record Sheets
- Completion of weekly returns
Ideal Candidate
- SMSTS
- NVQ Level 2 Drilling & Sawing
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- IPAF/PASMA
- Asbestos Awareness
- Good Health & Safety awareness
- Good communication skills
- First Aid Certificate (4 day) (optional)
- Temporary Works Coordination (optional)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
