Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting as required.
- Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.
- Maintain an organised warehouse environment by following established procedures for storage and inventory management.
- Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and managing stock movements.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
