Responsibilities:
- Assisting Residents with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
- Performing light housekeeping duties (nights) and tidying up and bed making (days)
- Escorting residents to appointments or social outings when pre arranged and agreed
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
- NVQ 2 desirable and hourly rate nights £14.10
- No Previous experience required, but must be willing to undertake training and future NVQ, hourly rate from £14
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
