The Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of bar service with a strong focus on classic cocktail preparation, signature drinks consistency, and guest experience. You will be hands-on throughout service, supporting the bar team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails and signature drinks to a high standard
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional bar service
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of drinks
- Engage confidently with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar
- Support stock control and bar setup/close down procedures
- Work closely with the wider front-of-house team
- Ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality is essential
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar standards
- Confident, efficient, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- A proactive, hands-on team player
- Weekend availability is essential

Pay: £14.77-£16.77 per hour
