Medicines Management Solutions are seeking to recruit an independent prescribing clinical pharmacist to support GP workflow within a GP Practice in the Crewe (Cheshire) area.
**Knowledge of EMIS and previous GP Practice experience is essential for this role. The successful individual also needs to be an independent prescriber**
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and professional individual with a good clinical background, who is organised and confident to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritise workload. Applicants must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
For this role you must have a good understanding of the following:
- Undertaking Medication Reviews and Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs)
- Medicines reconciliation and hospital discharges letters
- Medicines reauthorisation and management of repeat prescribing
- Medicines optimisation and cost effective prescribing

Working hours - 37.5 - 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Expected start: July 2026
Ability to commute to a GP Practice within the Crewe (Cheshire) area
