Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper cleaner and a Breakfast server to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, hotel bedrooms and ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, with the correct person in mind we will incorporate front of house/Breakfast duties and possibly reception cover. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
- Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including laundry count Ebook etc
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Skills
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with hospitality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain high cleaning standards consistently.
- Janitorial experience is beneficial for understanding effective cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
