- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities to ensure availability for guests or staff
- Respond promptly to special cleaning requests or urgent situations to maintain a pristine environment
- Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal preparation when needed for guest services or staff events
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or cleaning experience, preferably in hotel or commercial settings
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking abilities, hotel experience, or prior work in hospitality environments
