Looking for work at your own pace and flexibility? We're looking for qualified Surveyors on a flexible subcontracting basis to take on Re-Inspections and Commercial Surveys across the North West.
If you want to take on large projects or smaller ad hoc pieces, we have plenty of work for anyone looking to take control of their own diary and work with us, with exciting projects available now and in the future!
Responsibilities
- Carry out surveys on commercial properties.
- Entering all information onto a tablet whilst carrying out surveys.
- Checking and approving reports from the AlphaTracker system and making amendments where necessary.
- Fully understand legislation surrounding surveying.
- Be fully competent in carrying out different types of surveys.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
- Be a responsible and professional Ambassador to AEC in all customer interactions.
Skill Set
- At least P402 qualified and ideally with a background of working in a UKAS accredited consultancy
- You will have a track record of undertaking a range of surveys across commercial and domestic properties
- Your knowledge of current legislation and compliance should also be of an excellent standard
- Experience of working with AlphaTracker (Desirable)
- Currently have or willing to acquire Professional Indemnity Insurance
