About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a busy food production site based in Fakenham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced machine operators looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently

Setting up machines and carrying out basic adjustments where required

Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met

Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues

Completing production paperwork accurately

Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping

Working closely with production teams to ensure the smooth running of operations
What We're Looking For:

Previous machine operating experience within a food production environment is essential

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour day or night shifts

A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
