Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our growing Data & AI business in London. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
- Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance.
- Partner with managers on talent development, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits administration, and payroll support.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Assist in HR projects, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within Technology, Data, AI, SaaS, or Consulting organizations.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR reporting tools. (JobLeads)
