We are seeking a pro-active individual to join our busy service department.
The role includes telephone answering from our customer base, taking bookings for workshop repairs and workshop administration. You will have an understanding of the Aftersales function within a dealership and be responsible for the profitable operation of the department. Full in-house training will be given.
To apply for this role you will be able to offer a high level of customer service and be able to demonstrate a professional attitude. Some knowledge of the agricultural sector or mechanics would be helpful, but not essential.
