We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our independent brewery taproom and help drive the next chapter of East London Brewing Company.
We're an independent hospitality group behind some of East London's most loved neighbourhood destinations, including The Duke & The Leytonstone Tavern.
From award-winning burgers and craft beer to memorable events and exceptional dining experiences, we're passionate about great hospitality, strong community connections, and creating venues people genuinely love to spend time in. Whether it's a casual pint, a wedding celebration, a busy Sunday roast service or a fresh beer release, our teams are dedicated to delivering warm, authentic hospitality every day.
We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead one of our busy, community-focused hospitality venues to help drive the next chapter of East London Brewing Company.
This isn't your typical pub management role.
We're looking for someone who genuinely understands independent beer culture, loves creating memorable guest experiences, and can build a thriving community around great beer, events and hospitality.
✔ Passion for independent beer and brewing
✔ Strong cellar and product knowledge
✔ Experience leading busy bars, taprooms or hospitality venues
✔ Confident managing events, launches and collaborations
✔ Proven ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams
✔ Strong commercial and operational awareness
✔ Exceptional hospitality and customer engagement skills
As the face of the business, you'll oversee all aspects of the taproom, from service standards and team development to beer quality, events, community engagement and commercial performance.
