We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career in construction management, with a clear progression pathway into a Project Manager role.
Working closely with our Directors and site teams, you'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery while developing valuable project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to completion
- Assist with project administration, documentation, programmes, and reporting
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and costs
- Attend site meetings and record actions
- Support procurement of materials and subcontractor packages
- Help ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and company procedures
- Assist in resolving project and site issues to maintain programme delivery
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Construction industry experience or a trade background is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Qualifications
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including:
- Construction-related trade qualifications (NVQ)
- HNC/HND in Construction or a related discipline
- Practical site or construction experience
A degree is not essential. We value practical experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
