OBEX is looking for a hands-on Digitalisation Project Leader to spearhead an exciting 12-month business transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project professional who thrives on improving processes, implementing technology, and delivering real business change.
Working closely with teams across Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, Supply Chain and IT, you will lead digitalisation initiatives that improve efficiency, visibility, compliance, reporting and process control across the business

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading digitalisation and business transformation projects from concept through to implementation
- Identifying opportunities to replace manual processes with efficient digital workflows
- Mapping, improving and standardising business processes
- Managing project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder engagement
- Supporting automation and real-time data management initiatives
- Driving adoption of new systems and ways of working across the business
- Working closely with operational teams across two Worcester sites
- Reporting project progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership
- Championing a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and positive change
About you
We are interested in practical, action-oriented individuals who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.
You will ideally have:
- Experience delivering business transformation or digitalisation projects
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction products or a similar operational environment
- Knowledge of process improvement, continuous improvement and process mapping techniques
- Experience using business systems and reporting tools to improve performance
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A resilient, adaptable and self-motivated mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central
